2. Eligibility

• You must have a valid Discord account
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service

3. Account and Profiles

• Each Discord user may have one account with up to 3 profiles
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• You may not impersonate others or provide false information
• You may delete your account and all data at any time using /unregister

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the bot for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the bot
• Abuse the bot with excessive requests or spam
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the bot
• Share or sell access to your account

5. Job Listings

• Job listings are sourced from third-party APIs and databases
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any job listing
• We are not responsible for the hiring practices of any employer
• Match percentages are estimates based on semantic similarity and may not reflect actual fit
• Salary information is provided as-is and may not be current or accurate

6. No Employment Guarantee

3TechJobs is a job discovery tool. We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or employment through jobs found via our service. Your success depends on many factors outside our control.

7. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• The bot may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Daily notifications may be delayed or missed due to service interruptions
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time

8. Intellectual Property

• The bot, its code, design, and branding are proprietary
• You retain ownership of the information you provide
• We do not claim ownership of your profile data

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time using /unregister
• We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
